Can I send eCards for free?

Yes, under the Free Plan, users can send 3 non-premium eCards per month.

Can I purchase physical cards?

Yes, links to third-party websites are available in card views where applicable. We do not control these transactions or their policies.

What is included in the Free Plan?

3 free non-premium eCards per month. One-time 3 AI credits upon signup. Unlimited AI message suggestions. Save pre-made cards for future use.

What does the Paid Subscription Plan offer?

Unlimited eCards, including premium designs. 30 monthly AI credits (1 credits per generation). Option to buy additional AI credits at a discounted price. Priority support with responses within 72 hours.

What happens to unused AI credits?

Unused monthly AI credits available with Paid Subscription plan expires at the end of the month. Top up credits do not expire as long as you have an active subscription with us.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, users can delete their account anytime. All personal data will be permanently erased from our system.

Are AI-generated cards private?

No, AI-generated cards are public, even under the Paid Subscription Plan. Private generation is not currently offered.

Is there a free trial for the Paid Subscription Plan?

No, a free trial for the Paid Subscription Plan is not offered.

Can I cancel or upgrade my subscription?

Yes, subscriptions can be canceled or upgraded anytime under Billing.

Are refunds available for canceled subscriptions?

Refunds are not automatically provided for canceled subscriptions. However, users retain access to Premium features until the end of the current billing period. Refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis by submitting a support ticket.

Can I buy additional AI credits?

Yes, additional 30-credit top-ups are available for purchase at a discounted rate. This option is only available to users with an active subscription.

What happens if I cancel my Paid Subscription Plan?

You will retain access to Premium features until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, your plan will revert to the Free Plan.

How do I manage my subscription?

Subscription management, including cancellation and upgrades, is available under Billing in your account settings.

How is support handled?

Support queries can be created under Help and are typically answered within 72 hours.
